Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the “RACV Employee Plus Introductory Offer” (Offer) provided by Energy Locals Pty Ltd (ACN 606 408 879), trading as Arcline by RACV – Energy (Arcline by RACV). By participating in this offer, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1 The Offer

1.1 Eligible Customers will receive:

a) a $100.00 (inc. GST) credit on their first bill following signing up to the Offer; and

b) a $100.00 RACV Gift Card.

2 Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is available exclusively to new residential customers in the State of Victoria, Australia, who are employees of Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) Limited or its subsidiaries (RACV) that sign up for Arcline by RACV’s “Employee Plus Introductory Offer” (Eligible Customers).

2.2 To be considered eligible for this Offer, Customers are required to provide a valid RACV employee number registered under their name during the sign-up process. The account must be in the name of the Eligible Customer and must remain in that name for the customer to be eligible for the plan.

3 Accessing the Offer

3.1 Eligible Customers may access this Offer by either following the link provided on CHARLi or by calling 1300 884 849 and referencing the “Employee Plus Introductory Offer”.

3.2 Customers can call 1300 884 849 to access the energy fact sheets related to this Offer.

4 Offer Limitations

4.1 Each eligible account is entitled to receive one (1) $100 Sign-up bonus credit and one (1) $100 RACV Gift Card per property.

4.2 Customers may access this Offer for a maximum of two (2) properties, including a primary place of residence and a secondary location (e.g., a holiday house or similar).

4.3 The Offer is available to the first 750 Eligible Customers who sign up between 12:00am AEDT on 8 December, 2023, and 11:59pm AEDT on 8 March, 2024, unless extended by Arcline by RACV.

5 Receiving the Offer

5.1 The $100 Sign-up bonus will be credited to the Eligible Customer's account within 10 business days following the successful transfer of their energy service to Arcline by RACV - Energy. This credit will appear on the customer's first bill.

5.2 The $100 RACV Gift Card will be sent via email to the account holder's designated email address on their energy account after 30 business days following a successful transfer of the energy service. For RACV Gift Card Terms and Conditions, visit https://energy.arcline.com.au/gift-card-terms/.

6 Termination

6.1 Eligible customers who terminate their agreement with Arcline by RACV for the supply of electricity to their premises prior to the successful account transfer will forfeit the $100 RACV Gift Card.

7 Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

7.1 The $100 RACV Gift Card and $100 Sign-up bonus credit are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable.

These Terms and the Energy Locals Market Terms available here ( https://energylocals.com.au/terms-and-conditions/) constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. Arcline by RACV and RACV (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserves the right to amend, extend, cancel or suspend this Offer, including but not limited to circumstances where an event beyond the control of RACV corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer. Any such changes will be communicated to eligible customers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
