Terms & Conditions

This offer is made by Energy Locals Pty Ltd trading as Arcline by RACV - Energy to new Victorian residential customers who receive an invitation to sign up to Arcline by RACV’s ‘Home Energy Member Offer’.

1. The Offer

1.1 Eligible Customers will receive:

a) $100.00 (inc. GST) credit on their first bill following signing up to the Offer; and

b) $75.00 RACV gift card

2. Eligibility

2.1 This offer is available to eligible customers who sign up to ‘Home Energy Member Offer’ between 12:00am AEDT 5 Feb 2024 and 11:59pm AEDT 8 March 2024, unless extended by Arcline by RACV.

2.2 This offer is available to new residential customers that are Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) members in Victoria only.

3. Accessing the Offer

3.1 This offer is available via invitation only and must be claimed via the link provided or by calling 1300 884 849 and quoting the offer.

3.2 Customers can call 1300 884 849 to access the energy fact sheets related to this offer.

4. Offer Limitations

4.1 Each eligible account is entitled to receive one (1) $100 Sign-up bonus credit and one (1) $75 RACV Gift Card per property.

4.2 Customers may access this Offer for a maximum of two (2) properties, including a primary place of residence and a secondary location (e.g., a holiday house or similar).

5. Receiving the Offer

5.1 The $100 Sign-up bonus will be credited to the Eligible Customer's account within 10 business days following the successful transfer of their energy service to Arcline by RACV - Energy. This credit will appear on the customer's first bill.

5.2 The $75 RACV Gift Card will be sent via email to the account holder's designated email address on their energy account after 30 business days following a successful transfer of the energy service. For RACV Gift Card Terms and Conditions, visit https://energy.arcline.com.au/gift-card-terms/.

6. Termination

6.1 Eligible customers who terminate their agreement with Arcline by RACV for the supply of electricity to their premises prior to the successful account transfer will forfeit the $75 RACV Gift Card and the $100 Sign-up Bonus.

7. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

7.1 The $75 RACV Gift Card and $100 Sign-up bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable.

8. Arcline by RACV retains the right to remove any customers who are deemed ineligible at Arcline by RACV's sole discretion.

9. These Terms and the Energy Locals Market Terms available here ( https://energylocals.com.au/terms-and-conditions/) constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. Arcline by RACV and RACV (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserves the right to amend, extend, cancel or suspend this Offer, including but not limited to circumstances where an event beyond the control of RACV corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer. Any such changes will be communicated to eligible customers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
