Find your unique BPAY reference number in the "How to pay" section at the bottom of the first page of each bill.

Please send your bill's full amount with this billed code and reference number.

You can also make a secure payment online with a credit or debit card.

Please note that a 1% surcharge may apply, depending on your bank and card type.

We encourage you to set up a direct debit when you join so you can continue to enjoy simple, affordable energy.
