Employee Plus Plan Loyalty Bonus for gas and electricity

This offer is made by Energy Locals Pty Ltd (ACN 606408879) trading as Arcline by RACV - Energy to employees of Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) Limited or its subsidiaries (RACV) that sign up to Arcline by RACV’s ‘Employee Plus Plan’. 

1. The Offer

1.1 Eligible Customers will receive a $125 (inc. GST) credit on their electricity bill (Electricity Bonus) and/or a $125 (inc. GST) credit on their gas bill (Gas Bonus) six months after signing up to the Employee Plus Plan for gas or electricity (each referred to as a Loyalty Bonus) if they remain a customer for six months following the successful transfer of their energy supply to Arcline by RACV - Energy.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This offer is available between 8:00am AEDT 31 October 2024 and 7:59am AEDT 3 February 2025 (Offer Period). 

2.2 This offer is available exclusively to residential customers signing up with a new account or adding a new type of account with Arcline by RACV in the State of Victoria, Australia, who are employees of RACV that sign up for Arcline by RACV’s “Employee Plus Plan” for either electricity or gas during the Offer Period (Eligible Customer). 

2.3 Eligible Customers are required to provide a valid RACV employee number registered under their name during the sign-up process. The account must be in the name of the Eligible Customer and must remain in that name for the customer to be eligible for the Employee Plus Plan.

3. Accessing the Offer

3.1 This offer is available via invitation only and must be claimed via the link provided on CHARLi or by calling 1300 884 849 and quoting this offer.

3.2 Customers can call 1300 884 849 to access the energy fact sheets related to this offer.

4. Offer Limitations

4.1 An Eligible Customer is entitled to receive one (1) Electricity Bonus credit and one (1) Gas Bonus credit per property in any 12 month period, unless otherwise determined by Arcline by RACV. 

4.2 For the sake of clarity, there are no requirements to sign up to both gas and electricity to get a Loyalty Bonus.

5. Receiving the Offer

5.1 The Electricity Bonus and Gas Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Customer's relevant account six months after the successful transfer of their energy service to Arcline by RACV – Energy if supply has not transferred to another provider. The relevant credit will appear on the Eligible Customer's bill for the relevant energy supply after the credit has been applied to their account. Any remaining credit will be applied to later bills. 

6. Termination

6.1 Eligible Customers who terminate their agreement with Arcline by RACV under the Employee Plus Plan for the supply of electricity and/or gas to their premises prior to the successful application of the Loyalty Bonus on their account will forfeit the Loyalty Bonus for that energy supply. 

7. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

7.1 The Loyalty Bonus credits cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable. 

8. General

8.1 Arcline by RACV retains the right to remove any customers who are deemed ineligible at Arcline by RACV's sole discretion. 

8.2 The Arcline by RACV Market Terms available here ( https://energy.arcline.com.au/terms/) apply to the Employee Plus Plan for each fuel. If a customer signs up for both electricity and gas the customer will have two separate contracts with these terms, one for electricity and one for gas.

8.3 Arcline by RACV and RACV (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserves the right to amend, extend, cancel or suspend this offer, including but not limited to circumstances where an event beyond the control of RACV corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer. Any such changes will be communicated to eligible customers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By participating in this offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
