Home Energy RACV Member Offer

  1. This offer is made by Energy Locals Pty Ltd trading as Arcline by RACV - Energy to new Victorian residential customers who are RACV Members that sign up to Arcline by RACV’s ‘Home Energy RACV Member Offer’.

  2. This offer is available to RACV Members who are residential customers in Victoria only.

  3. This offer is available to RACV Members who are not existing Arcline by RACV customers, and must sign-up via Home Energy RACV Member Offer page or by calling 1300 884 849 and quoting this offer.

  4. Customers can call 1300 884 849 to access the energy fact sheets related to this offer.

  5. To be eligible for the Sign-up Bonus, customers must provide a valid RACV Member number that is registered under their name.

  6. There is a limit of one (1) $100 Sign-up Bonus per property per eligible account.

  7. If an eligible account is signing up multiple properties to Arcline by RACV, there will be a limit of one (1) $100 Sign-up Bonus per property.

  8. This offer is available to the first 2,000 RACV Members to sign up to ‘Home Energy RACV Member Offer’ between 12:00am AEDT 20 October 2023 and 11:59pm AEDT 13 December 2023.

  9. This $100 Sign-up Bonus will be applied as a credit to eligible customer’s account within 10 business days following successful transfer to Arcline by RACV - Energy and will appear on the customer’s first bill.

  10. Eligible customers that terminate their agreement with Arcline by RACV for the supply of electricity to their premises prior to their account being transferred forfeit the Sign-up Bonus.

  11. The Sign-up Bonus cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded.

  12. Arcline by RACV retains the right to remove any customers who are deemed ineligible at Arcline by RACV's sole discretion.
