Partner Plan Plus

This offer is made by Energy Locals Pty Ltd (ACN 606408879) trading as Arcline by RACV - Energy to new Victorian residential customers who receive an invitation to sign up to Arcline by RACV’s Partner Plan Plus’.
1. The Offer
1.1 Eligible customers will receive:
- a $75 (inc. GST) credit on their electricity bill (Electricity Bonus); and/or
- a $75 (inc. GST) credit on their gas bill (Gas Bonus)
3 months after signing up to the Partner Plan Plus for gas or electricity (each referred to as a Loyalty Bonus); and
- from the date of sign-up, access to one (1) free 12-month RACV Emergency Home Assist plan (EHA Subscription) for the premises receiving the energy supply under the Partner Plan Plus offer.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This offer is available via invitation from 8:00am AEDT 20 May 2025 until 7:59am AEDT 1 July 2025 (Offer Period).
2.2 To be eligible for the Loyalty Bonus customers must sign up to the Arcline by RACV Partner Plan Plus, via the invitation link during the Offer Period, with a new account or add a new type of fuel and remain a customer for 3 months.
2.3 To be eligible for the EHA Subscription customers must own the residential property and sign up to the Arcline by RACV Partner Plan Plus via the invitation link during the Offer Period, with a new account or add a new type of fuel. The EHA Subscription will only be provided for the premises that is receiving the energy supply.
3. Accessing the Offer
3.1 This offer is available via invitation only and must be claimed via the link provided in the invitation or by calling 1300 884 849 and quoting this offer.

4. Offer Limitations
4.1 An Eligible Customer is entitled to receive one (1) Electricity Bonus credit and one (1) Gas Bonus credit per property in any 12-month period, unless otherwise determined by Arcline by RACV.
4.2 The one (1) year EHA Subscription is only available to homeowners, and only one plan per premises.
4.3 The EHA Subscription applies only to the same residential premises that is receiving the electricity or gas supply under the Partner Plan Plus. It cannot be transferred to a different address.
4.4 Customers who already have an RACV Emergency Home Assist Plan for the supply address will not receive the free EHA Subscription.
4.5 For the sake of clarity, customers are not required to sign up to both electricity and gas to receive a Loyalty Bonus and/or the EHA Subscription.
5. Receiving the Offer
5.1 The Electricity Bonus and Gas Bonus will be credited to the eligible customer's relevant account 3 months after the successful transfer of their energy service to Arcline by RACV - Energy if supply has not transferred to another provider. Any remaining credit will be applied to later bills.
5.2 Customers who are eligible for the EHA Subscription will be notified by RACV upon signing up to the Partner Plan Plus and provided with instructions on how to access the EHA Subscription. RACV will use its best endeavours to activate the EHA product within 60 business days.
5.3 The EHA Subscription can be renewed at the end of the 12-month period, for a fee. Charges will apply per the Emergency Home Assist Terms and Conditions.
6. Termination
6.1 Customers who terminate their agreement with Arcline by RACV under the Partner Plan Plus prior to the successful application of the Loyalty Bonus on their account will forfeit the Loyalty Bonus for that energy supply.
7. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
7.1 Both the RACV Emergency Home Assist Plan and Loyalty Bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.
8. General
8.1 Arcline by RACV retains the right to remove any customers who are deemed ineligible at Arcline by RACV's sole discretion.
8.2 The Arcline by RACV Market Terms available here ( https://energy.arcline.com.au/terms/) apply to the Partner Plan Plus for each fuel type. If a customer signs up for both electricity and gas the customer will have two separate contracts with these terms, one for electricity and one for gas.
8.3 Arcline by RACV and RACV (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserve the right to amend, extend, cancel or suspend this offer, including but not limited to circumstances where an event beyond the control of RACV corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer. Any such changes will be communicated to eligible customers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8.4 By participating in this offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
