Set up a Direct Debit

Stay on top of your Energy Plan payments by setting up a Direct Debit

Arcline by RACV recommends setting up a direct debit for your account to help keep your account up to date by automating your payments.

Setting up direct debit is easy via the My Account portal. To sign up today, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign into the My Account portal
  2. Select My Account from the drop-down menu at the top of your screen and click Payment Options
  3. Scroll down to Direct Debit and click on the three dots on the right to edit
  4. Enter your preferred bank account details for the account you wish to debit your energy payments
  5. Select Submit - your default payment method is now set to Direct Debit
