When signing up online, they’ll be asked how they heard about us. They should select 'Friend’ and enter your account number. If signing up over the phone, they can simply let our team know your account number during the call.

You can find your account number at the top of your Arcline by RACV bill. Alternatively, find it in your My Account portal.

Absolutely, your friend can sign up online or give our friendly team a call on 1300 884 849. Remind them to provide your account number to claim the referral credit.

Once your friend has successfully transferred to Arcline by RACV, the referral credit will be added to your account and you’ll see it on your next bill.

Yes, they just need to let us know within 10 business days of signing up by calling us on 1300 884 849 and advising us of your name and account number.
